People are important to every operation. We have experience developing people into managers that value doing things the right way. Investing in people is one of the best investments of any cattle operation. DNMC offers a course that can be administered online or in person to help improve your leadership team.
Ration Quality Audit
DNMC can provide a comprehensive analysis of your feeding enterprise. We follow the process from raw ingredients to consumption and digestion by the cow. It is important to always evaluate and identify areas in which we can improve. We use the latest technology in this assessment from infrared temperature probes, drones to monitor mixing and bunk placement and industry-leading ration formulation models.
Feeder training
DNMC’s team has extensive experience in training employees involved in processing and mixing feed. We focus on accuracy and ration consistency and quality. We help personnel understand the impact of shrink on the profitability of the operation. If employees understand the “why” of what we are asking them to do, they are more likely to follow that protocol. The training can be accomplished in short modules in person or online.
Management Consulting
Management consulting can be accomplished in many forms for different circumstances based on the needs/desires of the operation. It is important to first identify the areas of need and focus training in those areas. We are glad to customize consulting to fit each operation. We do not believe in a one size fits all approach to consulting.
